I think I expressed my displeasure at fancharacters a while ago.

One of the other things that annoys me about fancharacters is people who latch onto already-established fandoms right after a new movie has come out and then flood the place with fancharacters/fanart of your fancharacters fucking the canon characters/FAGGOTRY IN GENERAL. It's not like you're going to like it in a month anyway stop trying to be cool it isn't working.
